Order returns, cancellation, refunds.
 
Due to the nature of the products we sell, custom products can only be returned if the product(s) is damaged when it is received. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on items which are damaged whilst in use or for any other reason.
 
Please note the items must be checked and any issues/damages reported within 24 hours of receipt. We will do our best to solve any issues with orders however this is at the discretion of United Cheer Apparel and is on a case by case basis. 
 
When processing a refund, your refund will be given by the original payment method used. We will notify you when the return has been processed via email, but please note it may take a few days to show in your bank depending on your bank. 
 
Proofs and Printing 
 
Please note that proofs are for viewing purposes only and may not represent the actual apparel being bought. Colours will display differently on different devices and may not print exactly as viewed on-screen. Print sizes may vary depending on the size of the garment. Once designs are approved, United Cheer Apparel can not be held responsible for any mistakes on the artwork. 
 
Please be aware that colours may fade in vibrance after being worn and washed multiple times. United Cheer Apparel will not be held responsible for any fading in print due to use. 
 
Complaints
 
Any complaints must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order. Any complaints made after this period are void of any right to refund or reprint. We have the right to resolve any complaint within our discretion. 
 
Delivery
 
Every effort will be made to deliver on time, but any delivery day specified is a ‘best endeavour’ and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay or error in the delivery of the goods. We will do our very best to ensure that an order is dispatched on the day specified for overnight next day delivery (in the UK).
