Exchanges and Returns for Varsity Products
If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you have received, or you require a different size, then you can return them for a refund of the item price or an exchange, within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Goods must be returned to us unused, in as-new condition, and shoes must come with their shoeboxes/bags. Please note that we are only able to accept items that have not been worn or damaged.
If you wish to return an item or items then please ensure there is a slip of paper in the parcel listing your order number, full name, email address and contact number.
Please ensure that items returned to us are sent back to the below address via a tracked service. Items are the sender’s responsibility until they are received back in good condition by United Cheer Apparel. We will not be able to refund or exchange items that we do not receive and that cannot be traced.

We can only exchange between sizes of shoes. We cannot exchange one style to another. If you order one style of shoe, but decide you want to change it to a different product, you will need to place a new order online for that item, and have the first refunded.
Please ensure that items returned to us are sent via a tracked service. Items are the sender’s responsibility until they are received back in good condition by United Cheer Apparel. We will not be able to refund or exchange items that we do not receive and that cannot be traced.
We will process exchanges and refunds within 2-3 working days of receipt of product. We will pay the postage to send out the first exchange against an order only; any subsequent exchanges must be paid for both ways by the customer. The initial postage and packaging charge is only refundable for faulty goods, and not for exchanges or incorrect orders.
If you have an item that appears to be faulty, please email photographs of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org. Do not return the item to us unless requested by a member of staff. We will contact you in response to your email and take the matter from there.

Exchanges and Returns for Custom Orders
Please be aware that the printed colours may vary from the visuals you approve. Screen viewing settings are different across all devices. As all team orders are of a custom nature if you have any concerns in regards to your order in general, especially sizing and print colours please ensure that you contact us for clarification prior to printing. Please be aware that bright printed colours may fade in vibrance after being washed. We will not reprint any order because of printed colours fading.
Shortages and discrepancies must be notified within 7 working days of delivery of the order. Returns are only accepted on a case-by-case basis and this will be discussed with a member of the United Cheer Apparel team.
United Cheer Apparel are the sole owners of all designs completed for customers, these designs can not be copied or replicated in any way. Any customer who is found to have replicated designs/products initially created by United Cheer Apparel will be contacted and charged a design fee.
