All items will be shipped to the head coach for distribution.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, custom products can only be returned if the product(s) is damaged when it is received. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on items which are damaged whilst in use or for any other reason. Please be aware that colours may fade in vibrance after being worn and washed multiple times. United Cheer Apparel will not be held responsible for any fading in print due to use.
